Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes – each piece is individually handcrafted, so variations in glaze, shape, or size are part of their unique charm.
Are your ceramics food-safe?

Absolutely. We use lead-free, food-safe glazes.
Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most items are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise stated. Handwashing is always best for longevity.
Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Please take a look at our custom order section on the website. 
How should I care for my ceramics?
  • Handwash recommended
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes
  • Do not place directly on stovetops or open flames
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?

UK Based shipping only at the moment – shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
  • Ready-to-ship: dispatched in 2-5 days.
  • Made-to-order/custom: 4-6 week processing time. Please note that our processing time is an estimate only and does not include delivery / courier time. 
  • If your order contains ready made and custom made products, these will all be shipped once the custom order is complete. If you would like the ready made items sooner, please order these separately.
How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on size and weight of product. These are calculated at the checkout.
How do you package fragile ceramics?

We use protective, eco-conscious packaging so your pieces arrive safely.
Can I collect locally?

All items regardless of location will be shipped to our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us with photos within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange?

Returns are accepted on unused, non-custom items within 14 days. Customers cover return shipping. Exchanges available for items of equal value.
