Thank you for shopping with Bertie&Rae. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days of payment for items that are ready made.
Made-to-order or custom pieces have a 4-6 week processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size. We send all packages via Royal Mail Tracked service.
We currently ship to UK only, however if you are international please get in contact as we may still be able to help.
If your order contains ready made and custom made products, these will all be shipped together once the custom order is complete. If you would like the ready made items sooner, please order these separately.

(Delivery timeframes are always estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs checks.)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use plenty of eco-conscious packaging so your pieces are protected during delivery.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@bertieandrae.co.uk.
We are not responsible for delays once items are with the courier, but we will do our best to help track your parcel.
